KEY ACTIVITIES:

Design and adapt process and/or solutions:

  • Designs/builds processes & solutions at the best cost/performance (including definition of data quality, key process control needs, performance measurement and impacts on organizations-jobs)
  • Customize and adapt the installations of the equipment to the customer needs and/or request
  • Coordinates, plans & tests processes & solutions
  • Develop new standards installation solutions
  • Builds change management plan including training plan and guarantees deployment through the network (Product Experts, Business Support Expert, etc)
  • Defines deployment roadmap and coordinates processes & solutions deployment
  • Leads the Transfer to Operations and followsup until business value is delivered
  • Ensure that all Enhanced opportunities are fully supported to establish the customer need and suitability of the overall solution
  • Validation includes supporting the accurate supply of information to correctly qualify tenders.
  • Provide content, resourcing and input for continuous development of Product Knowledge, articulating the value message, identifying ROI opportunities, open conversations on Smarter Connections.

Support and training:

  • Troubleshoot existing customer or partner solutions (level 23 support)
  • Co facilitates meeting when needed (peers, Sales, etc)
  • Informs and trains on the new solutions (process & tools)
  • Shares project knowledge and provide feedback and guidance to junior team members
  • Be the interface between the Service provider and the client and provide assistance and/or support when needed.
  • Develop and deliver training on any type of solutions (standard/refurbished /new) in order to guarantee the technical quality of the service.
  • Support the sales team during the sales calls to deliver the value message, focusing on ROI and benefit.
  • Use opportunities to meet IT/CIO people in the customer to promote the value of connecting business systems and know when to introduce the experts.
  • Learn and maintain technical knowledge of the telematics platform and portal features

Process evolution:

  • Define the Product installation process, the accessories assembling manuals and the work instructions for the technical network training. Consolidates, validates needs for processes and tools evolution and drives their implementation
  • Conduct analysis on the customer operation facilities
  • Assess the customer products and installation processes
  • Analyze technical reports requesting financial compensation due to product or installation failures that may have caused damages to the customer's vehicle.
  • Prospect and open new technical installation (provider) locations for the deployment of the solution
  • Fully align to the sales strategy and calendar to support the development of sales team skills through out continuous training
