Personal Assistant - Mandarin Fluency - Jet Park


A leading Chinese Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with a presence in Jet Park, is seeking a skilled and Mandarin-speaking Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to executives and contribute to the efficient operation of our business.


Minimum requirements:

  • Possess a strong command of Mandarin, including verbal, reading, and writing skills.
  • Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
  • Relevant diploma in business administration, secretarial studies, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping will be advantageous.

Job purpose:
Act as a linguistic bridge between Mandarin-speaking executives and English-speaking counterparts.


Personal Assistant and Secretarial Services:

  • Provide highlevel administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Business Document Handling:

  • Read, interpret, and present business reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other business documents in Mandarin and English.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive meetings.

Computer Literacy:

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to Chinese computer systems used within the organization.
Assist in basic financial tasks and documentation as required.
