    Overview of the Role:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver strategic solutions (e.g., process and feature enhancements) to enable seamless and secure customer origination and drive customer identity management and security efforts.
    • Solve problems traversing strategy, product design, onboarding funnel optimisation, fraud, risk & compliance with banking regulations, partnerships, data and analytics, and business operations.

    Experience and Skills Required:

    • 2-4 years of experience in Product Management or Senior Business Analysis in fintech's, banking, lending, or payments ideally in areas related to Customer Origination / Onboarding, KYC, Digital Identity, Fraud Strategy, Compliance.
    • Preferably, experience working in digital / tech companies with a strong Customer Origination and Onboarding funnel; fintech: e.g. payments, digital banking or lending companies with stringent onboarding requirements.
    • An in-depth understanding of or interest in the technology, strategies and best practice approaches in Customer Origination, Know-Your-Customer, Customer Due Diligence, digital identity and fraud prevention.
    • Problem-solving and organizational skills – The applicant should be able to work on complex, multi-faceted problems with no obvious answer.
    • Able to scope an ambiguous problem and break it down into logically distinct chunks, working in a systematic way to resolve them.
    • Ownership mindset – The applicant defaults to taking ownership and is proactive in reaching answers. The applicant should have a demonstrated ability to lead projects and effectively balance this proactiveness with bringing others along and seeking input and guidance from cross-functional experts.
    • Adaptability to changes in business context, technologies and strategic priorities.
    • Project Management skills – The applicant should be able to adjust to varying frameworks such as sprints and kanbans to successfully drive alignment and product / feature delivery.
    • Communication skills – The applicant should be able to effectively communicate with internal and external partners from different working backgrounds and levels.
    • Interest and curiosity – Passion for the product and how it can be used to improve customer experience especially in the areas of identity, security and fraud prevention.

    Strategy & Proposition Development:

    • Assist in formulating the overall strategy and the design of products, features, and engagement mechanics for the Origination, Trust & Safety proposition.
    • Assist in the management of end-to-end life cycle of the proposition's products and processes, such as ideation, design, and management of its features, together with the timely implementation of strategic and tactical initiatives to drive value creation.
    • Together with other stakeholders (e.g. Risk, Compliance, Fraud, Operations, etc.), research and monitor competitor products, fraud practices, and compliance requirements to inform the ideation and prioritization of new products and features for the proposition.
    • Assist in the development of the business rationale (e.g., value proposition, opportunity sizing) for the new Origination, Trust & Safety initiatives, to inform product prioritization.
    • Assist and where necessary lead the ideation and design of onboarding experience for new segments of the market (e.g. foreign nationals, juristic entities).
    • Together with data stakeholders design and measure relevant data insights to inform execution.

    Partnerships & Customer Engagement:

    • Assist in developing the strategic external partnerships needed with technology platforms or to enable innovative and differentiated features.
    • Assist in coordinating and partnering with the rest of the business, the technology teams and product partners to deliver products and features with a distinctive customer experience.
    • End-to-end accountability for enhancing the digital origination experience with a data-driven approach whilst effectively consulting various parts of the business.
    • Liaise with TymeX design, development, data analytics, and innovation teams to continuously improve user experience and ultimately drive proposition OKRs.

    Operations & Stakeholder Management:

    • Assist in coordinating the 'run' of the products in areas such as the operations and customer servicing.
    • Assist in the execution of necessary technology and process fixes as a response to findings from audits conducted by the regulatory bodies.
    • Together with the Sales & Marketing team, assist in the formulation and tactical execution of the products' go-to-market strategies across segments and channels especially for Trust & Safety.
    • Together with stakeholders from regulatory functions, assist in the documentation and fulfillment of administrative requirements related to the implementation of proposition initiatives.
    • Assist in evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of proposition initiatives, identifying the key drivers for success or failure, and recommending improvements when necessary.
