    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and Implement Business Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to manage all operations effectively.
    2. Customer Service and Growth: Identify customer needs and provide excellent customer service to drive business growth.
    3. Business Transition and Integration: Implement seamless transitions of new business through organic or external growth.
    4. Vehicle Fleet Management: Profitably manage vehicle fleets, including planned maintenance, tyre management, equipment selection, capital expenditure, and conformance to legislation.
    5. Financial Management: Manage all aspects of finances within allocated contracts, multiple warehouses, and compliance.
    6. KPI Achievement: Achieve Company and Customer target KPIs by effective financial management of strategic business units.
    7. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on performance metrics, including customer service, vehicle utilization, revenue, costs, changes in business trends, corrective actions implemented, health and safety, human resources, industrial relations, and asset management.
    8. Staff Leadership: Lead staff effectively and ensure understanding of policies and procedures in supply chain and logistics management.
