Main purpose and scope of the job:

Overseeing daily operation of the store, ensuring customer experience is up to standard, ensuring food standards are met and exceeded, ensuring staff are managed effectively and driving performance of the store.

Duties:

Daily store management

• Opening procedures
• Ensuring checklists are completed (dataflow and physical)
• Daily stock takes and feedback on variances
• Ordering in accordance with store budget
• Complete staff and store cash ups in line with company procedures
• Upskilling staff on:

- how to follow Naked's procedures
- food, coffee and drinks menu
- hygiene and handbook training
- maximizing output and increasing turnover

• Implementation of weekly training sent by HQ
• Weekly Reports input
• Being available for weekly meetings held every Wednesday
• Reporting on:
• GAAP
• Having a full understanding of the GAAP system (Cash ups, Variances, Stock Takes, Manufacturing, Portioning and Wastage)
• Capturing of invoices
• Input of wastage, manufacturing and portioning
• Daily variance checks

Please note that training will be provided for the above-mentioned.


Staff:

• Staff rosters in conjunction with store manager
• Management of staff
• Ensuring Naked standards are upheld at all times (uniform, timeliness, personal hygiene, professionalism)

Stock:

• Ordering of stock according to par levels and in conjunction with store manager
• Daily stock takes
• Mid Month and month end stock takes (both the store GM & Assistant manager to be present for this)

Hygiene:

• Maintaining store hygiene at all times

(DataFlow guideline provided)


FOH:

• Dealing with any issues experienced by customers or staff
• Making sure the flow is seamless on the floor and that all staff play their part in the customers overall experience

• Ensuring that the food/recipes/service is consistent

Customer experience:

• All being said the ultimate duty for any manager is to make sure that the customer has the best experience from the moment they walk in, to the moment they leave

Salary bracket is experience dependant.


Salary:
R12, R20,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
