You want to make a real impact, shape a business, and have fun doing it. So join us. Together, we'll define great hosting. As a New Listings Consultant you will help maintain, build and scale up host relations.

New Listings Consultants will display a level of diligence that ensures only homes of the utmost quality are acquired and that the hosts that come through are properly informed.

Duties Include:

Managing the entire process from lead to signup for the whole of South Africa
Fielding incoming enquiries from prospective owners/listings with efficiency
Making calls to further qualify incoming leads
Spending part of your time visiting new owners/listings to onboard their homes in the Western Cape area
Complete a market analysis of rates and provide suggested selling rates to owner
Assist with fee structure for the property of owner
Based on that put together contract and pricing sheet for owner signature
Achieving monthly individual targets
Liaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth signup process
Be the first point of contact for new listing owners if they have queries or concerns
