We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant with Basic Accounting Duties.
The primary responsibilities of this role include providing administrative support, data entry, capturing information accurately, and performing basic accounting tasks.

Assist in managing schedules, organizing files, answering phone calls, and responding to emails

Enter and maintain records accurately into databases or spreadsheets
Capturing Information:
Gather and document relevant information from various sources
Basic Accounting Tasks:
Assist with tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports
Communication:
Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
Organization:
Maintain orderly records and files, ensuring easy retrieval of information when needed
Compliance:
