Job Summary

The incumbent will be a member of the Analytics and Reporting Team within the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Function and will be required to work closely with the Credit Risk Team and Other functions within.

This role is directly accountable to the CIB Enterprise Risk Head of Analytics & Reporting responsible for developing and managing the enterprise risk profile database and managing some risk committees that fall under the responsibility of Enterprise Risk.

Job Description:

The primary purpose of the role is to enhance efficiency in managing the enterprise risk profile through automation of database processes.

In addition, develop data visualization for the sake of ease in decision making and influencing of the CIB strategy.

Key accountabilities:

Build the ERM database in a manner that enables influence of analytics in CIB strategy review
Develop methodical approach in remedying data quality issues for CIB
Ensure that ERM database is RDARR compliant
Build and automate risk (Credit, Market, & Operational) analytic dashboards
Management of the CIB Portfolio Quality Review and management of stakeholders thereof
Coaching of junior members within the Team
