Description
Our client is looking for an HR Graduate to join their fast-paced and dynamic team based in Durban. This is an onsite role operating from Mondays to Fridays for a fixed-term contract.


Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible to support the academic program.
  • Build sustainable stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications and experience

  • HRrelated degree.
  • Postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
  • Must have obtained a qualification in the last two years.

Technical Competencies

  • Strong planning and organising ethic.
  • Strong problem solving skills.

Behavioural Competencies

  • Good Interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough attention to detail.
  • Task driven and delivery focused.
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R10, R15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelors (preferred)
