Quality Assurance Specialist Job Opportunity

Are you looking for a challenging role in a dynamic retail company? We're seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products. You'll work closely with our development team to identify and report defects, and provide feedback to improve our testing processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough testing of software products to identify defects and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with the development team to resolve defects and implement testing processes.
* Develop and maintain test cases and test scripts.
* Provide feedback to the development team to improve testing processes.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with software testing methodologies and processes.
* Familiarity with Jira and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
