Responsibilities
- Lead factory staff across multiple departments including cutting, assembling, polishing, lamination, and dispatch
- Manage daily production workflow schedules resource allocation ensure production targets quality standards safety requirements consistently met monitor enforce quality control checks throughout manufacturing process investigate resolve production quality issues timeously track analyse report on production output downtime delays enforcestrigtsafety protocols when working fragile materials heavy machinery communicate effectively factory teams management cross-functional departments delegate tasks efficiently manage staff performance discipline conflict resolution generate daily weekly reports
