    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Manager to lead and manage financial operations within the organization. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who can align financial management with our long-term goals while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
    • Ensure adherence to IFRS and other regulatory requirements within the banking sector
    • Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making
    • Drive financial performance by identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of post-articles experience, with a strong focus on financial management
    • Proven experience in the banking industry is mandatory
    • In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and financial compliance standards
    • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills

    Qualifications:

    • CA(SA)

    $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
