    Description

    Job Summary

    This position combines 60% IT/business analyst and 40% product management responsibilities.

    The successful candidate will analyze the existing Ignite solution and platform to identify areas for improvement.

    • Engage with stakeholders to understand their concerns and pressure points.

    A comprehensive analysis of local and international best practice alternatives will inform a redesign of the products platform.

    • Investigate competitor platforms and technologies.
    • Analyze customer behavior patterns to create a solution that meets customer requirements effectively.

    Develop a project plan with deliverables to implement the redesigned platform.

    • Create a phased project plan according to specified criteria.
    • Test prototypes and apply learnings from the investigation phase to address gaps in coding.
    • Allocate milestones for delivery of the redesigned platform.

    Oversee Product Data Management Software.

    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for Product Data Management Software.
    • Update the online catalogue.
    • Manage licenses, companies, and users with their permissions on the online platform.
    • Ensure accuracy of vehicle-related data in PDM.
    • Coordinate monthly updates of new vehicles with the product team.
    • Sources and standardize vehicle pictures, maintaining them in PDM.
    • Maintain car park registration figures.
    • Administer the product's monthly data charge and submit invoices for approval.
    • Coordinate car park data updates within the Product Management team.
    • Manage master data lookup lists in PDM.
    • Act as master user for the product's catalogue.
    • Provide first-line support to internal users.
    • Conduct internal training and coordination between teams.
    • Report on customer usage and clicks on the catalogue.
    • Coordinate between sales, marketing, and product management regarding promotions and communication.
    • Manage user registrations and CRM.
    • Assist Product Specialists with car linkages, product attributes, and article pictures.

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    A seasoned project manager with at least 10 years of experience in developing backend platforms and product catalogues is required.
