Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


Insurance Administration:

  • Maintain organized records of client information, policies, and transactions.
  • Handle inquiries from clients regarding insurance coverage, claims, and policy details.
  • Collaborate with insurance underwriters and adjusters to facilitate policy changes and claims processing.

Sales and Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to generate new leads and expand our client base.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and meetings to present insurance products and services to potential clients.
  • Develop customized insurance proposals tailored to meet the needs of prospective clients.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets for new policy sales and revenue generation.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide personalized assistance to clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to review their insurance needs and recommend additional products or coverage options.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies in all administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and review insurance documentation, including policy contracts, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information and adhere to data protection guidelines.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in insurance regulations.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product development and differentiation.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in insurance administration and sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detailoriented with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with insurance management software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related field.
