Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Insurance Administration:
- Maintain organized records of client information, policies, and transactions.
- Handle inquiries from clients regarding insurance coverage, claims, and policy details.
- Collaborate with insurance underwriters and adjusters to facilitate policy changes and claims processing.
Sales and Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to generate new leads and expand our client base.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and meetings to present insurance products and services to potential clients.
- Develop customized insurance proposals tailored to meet the needs of prospective clients.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets for new policy sales and revenue generation.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide personalized assistance to clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
- Proactively follow up with clients to review their insurance needs and recommend additional products or coverage options.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies in all administrative tasks.
- Prepare and review insurance documentation, including policy contracts, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information and adhere to data protection guidelines.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in insurance regulations.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product development and differentiation.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance administration and sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detailoriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with insurance management software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related field.
