    Business Leadership Role

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Achieve Revenue and Profit Targets by Developing and Implementing Industry-Based Models
    2. Nurture Key Customer Relationships to Drive Business Growth
    3. Foster Strong Partnerships with Suppliers to Ensure Efficient Operations
    4. Stay Informed about Market Trends, Competitor Activity, and Geographic Impacts to Refine the Business Strategy

    6. Collaborate with Commercial and Supply Chain Functions to Define Business Cases and Meet Customer Needs at Minimum Cost

    Required Skills and Experience:

    1. Degree in Business-Related Field or Quantitative Discipline
    2. Miller Heiman Sales Methodology Certification
    3. Negotiation, Sales, and Customer Service Expertise
    4. Extensive Experience in Setting Up and Developing Sales Teams
    5. High Level of Customer Focus, Excellent Time Management, and Ability to Handle Complexity
    6. Strong Relationship Building, Influencing, and Analytical Skills
    7. Ability to Develop Insights for Logistics or Related Industries
    8. Prior Experience in Distribution, Transport & Logistics, FMCG & Supply Management is an Advantage
