- Creative Production:
- Forecast planning and capacity management on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure all deadlines are met. Production planning skills are mandatory.
- Process design. From brief to delivery, working in conuncting with the Operations leads from other PXP Hubs, implement and perfect the new ways of working to ensure understanding, implementation and alignment with all the other hubs.
- In partnership with the Production Technology Lead, implement automation solutsions for the Hub and ensure adoption and roll out across all work.
- Enhance the existing talent book with preferred partners to work with across new briefs, including Directors, DOP, casting agents etc
- Evaluate opportunities for bundling prodcuts to drive efficiencies in planning and budget spend for clients

- Responsible for connecting with our Hub and Global Productions teams to ensure production and adaptation is running smoothly. Oversee all briefs and idetifty and flag issues or blockers that impact delivery of campaigns
- Ensure that the quality of work that is producted is of the hightest standard and meets clients brand guidelines and satisfaction
- Ensure all assets are loaded onto client DAM's and that the required taxonomy is followed for each client
- Build a strong relationship with the internal client leads to ensure detailed understanding of each clients brands and expectations of work to be delivered annually
- Become a real partner to the Global Production Team, the local client leads, the Head of Production and the Creative Leads to ensure quality work is delivered

- At least 10+ years' experience in an advertising agency or production environment work as a producer or operations manager. Must have a great understanding of operationsal set ups
- Knowledge or procutions across digital, print and film
- Can work under pressure and communicate well

As an Operations expert your key respnsilbities are as follows:
Management of the PXP Hub in Johannesburg, leading a team of producers, traffic managers and project managers working across the global and local clients.
Main Tasks:
There are a number of new process as well as AI tools available to the Hub that need to be implemented and adopted in the business. We need to redefine how the processes we have in place will connect to our tools to drive further efficiencing whilst providing good quality data. We need to ensure alignment with the PXP Hubs across the globe and hence collaboration and partnership with global stakeholders to ensure alignment in deployment
Relationships both locally and with global stakeholders are critical for the success of the Hub. The Operations Manager is to lead by example, to be a role model to follow, be inclusive and able to support everyone inside and outside of the production unit.
