Description
The incumbent in this role is responsible for capturing information effectively, efficiently, and timeously within the HRD Department.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Capturing data accurately and timeously.
  • Booking and confirmation of training.
  • Updating and printing of training certificates and permits.
  • Maintaining training data on SAP.
  • Assisting with weekly training reports.

About you:

To be considered for this role, you will meet the following minimum requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 1
  • Studying towards a relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Driver's license Code EB (08).

Minimum Experience

  • MS Office Proficiency.
  • Experience in vendor management will be an added advantage.
