    **Job Title:** Motion Graphics Designer

    **Role Description:** This position involves working as a creative powerhouse to assist with client-facing design projects, while representing the brand.

    The role will collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and execute visually stunning designs for clients in and out of the change management space.

    This includes striking a balance between driving brand consistency and pushing the boundaries of creativity, ultimately contributing to our brand's success and recognition in the market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with designing and developing motion graphics and 2D animations using After Effects.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all designs meet the client's requirements.
    • Develop innovative and engaging designs that align with our brand's visual identity.
    • Work closely with the client to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of experience working as a graphic designer in an agency or corporate environment.
    • A degree in design or multimedia-related field.
    • Proficiency in motion graphics design, 2D animation, and Adobe After Effects.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Analytical thinking is essential for this role.

    Estimated Salary Range:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year
