    Financial Advisor Opportunity

    We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Financial Advisor. Our client is a young and wise liberty franchise that believes in the evolution and advancement of their client's financial advice needs and the success of financial advisors.

    As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing tailored financial solutions that prioritize your clients' goals and dreams. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized financial plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

    We offer a range of career development opportunities, including our Commission Star programme, which rewards advisors based on their experience and qualifications. Our programme includes:

    • Nova - New to Industry Advisor: 70% commission splits, monthly/quarterly/annual incentives, and a 2-month stipend.
    • Steller-Intermediate Advisor: 80% commission splits, monthly/quarterly/annual incentives, and a 2-month stipend.
    • Lumminious-Senior Financial Advisor: 90%-95% commission splits, monthly/quarterly/annual incentives, and a 2-month stipend.
    • Celestial-Executive Financial Advisor: 90%-95% commission splits, plus up to 15% split based on new industry advisor performance, monthly/quarterly/annual incentives, and a 2-month stipend.

    To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

    • Qualifications: 3 Year Dip/NQ5/Wealth Mng
    • Experience: 2-5 years
    • Crim Record: No Crim
    • Credit Report: Clear Credit
    • Prior Performance: Track Record
    • Knowledge: Life
