RESPONSIBILITIES

To allocate stock according to scientific and demographic criteria.
Ensuring optimal allocations based on units received and type of product to avoid over and under stocks in stores
To replenish stock according to store sales.
To ensure stores do not run out of stock when stock is available.
To ensure stores are not over stocked.
To ensure stock is replenished timeously
To rectify uneven distribution of stock.
To ensure optimal sales by ensuring stock in the correct stores.
To ensure cost constraints are adhered to
Slow performing stock or over stocks to be marked down.
Markdowns to be communicated to the relevant stores.
