Introduction
Our client based in Durban North is looking for a Production Coordinator to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities
Running reports on SYNC

Creating and updating jobs on SYNC and issuing to CMTS

Managing ordering and delivery of supplies

Creating POs and PPOs

Liaising and communicating with CMTS and suppliers on a daily basis

Issuing of supplies to CMTS

Communicate and update sales team on a daily basis as well as in weekly production meetings

Work closely with all departments (sales, admin, despatch, design)

CMT visits when needed

Job recons

Plan production with CMT factories

Ensure delivery dates are met. Constant communication with Buyers and updating them regarding the status of their orders

Reporting back to management

Liaising with Quality Assurance

Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric

Experience working with CMTS

Experience within the têxtile sector would be advantageous

Must be Efficient on SYNC

Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role

Ability to work in a team
