An established Financial Services firm based in Randburg is looking to hire a dynamic Creditors Administrator to join their growing team.
An established Financial Services firm based in Randburg is looking to hire a dynamic Creditors Administrator to join their growing team.
You will oversee the full administration function of creditors.Your duties include but are not limited too capturing bills and purchasing orders, obtain authorisation signatures, following up for statements from suppliers, creditors reconciliations, loading payments on online banking platforms, reconciling of credit cards, fleet cards and petty cash, assisting with audit requests and filling all invoices and approvals.
Education Requirements:
- BCom in Finance/Accounting or studying towards
Job Requirements and Skills:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in creditors and cashbook role essential
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is essential
- Microsoft 365 experience advantageous
- Exposure to SMEs
- Xero Accounting experience will be preferred
- Ability to take initiative, learn quickly and deadline driven
- Ability to work in high pressure environment
- Team Player
