    Requirements:

    • Agricultural Diploma/Degree: Advantageous
    • 5 years experience in beef farm management: Essential
    • Computer literacy: Required
    • Strong stockmanship skills: Must have
    • Prior experience working on pecan nut farms: Desirable
    • Experience with irrigation systems and sprayers: Necessary
    • Leadership and communication skills: Strongly preferred
    • Maintenance orientation: Must have
    • Valid driver's license: Required

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and coordinate farm operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity

    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of farm equipment and infrastructure

    • Lead and motivate staff to achieve high-performance standards
