    7. Support business adoption of new processes and solutions
    8. Collaborate with internal teams to establish operating processes and standards for continuous improvement

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Informatics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
    2. Certification in Business Analysis, such as CCBA or CBAP
    3. 4-10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in an Agile environment
    4. Experience working with Jira and other collaboration tools
    5. Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex data models and findings
    6. Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical
    7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
