Description
We are seeking enthusiastic Telesales Agents to join our client based in Woodstock, Cape Town.

As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for:


  • Sell insurance products telephonically to potential policyholders by reading from an approved script,
  • Utilise a call center dialer to manage lead followup
  • Strive to achieve insurance policy sales and campaign targets
  • Assist policyholders with policy administration
  • Follow up on policyholders who have not paid their premiums
  • Ensure excellent customer service and fair treatment of policyholders
  • Adherence to quality, training and compliance processes
  • Accurately recording policy sales and maintaining policyholder information

Requirements:


  • 2 years + Call Centre experience, and/or
  • 2 years + Insurance sales / Financial Services experience


  • Grade 1

  • Advantageous
  • Sales and Marketing degree or diploma, FAIS Regulatory Exam (RE5)

Salary:
R7 500,00 - R8 500,00 per month


Education:


  • High School (matric) (preferred)
