DELIVERY DRIVER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting vehicle safety inspection prior to departing.
  • Route planning.
  • Communicating with the Operations Assistant regarding deliveries.
  • Preparing customer quotes and orders.
  • Packing, loading and off loading products.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Assisting with packing, moving and arranging stock in the warehouse on a daily basis.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Energetic, client centric focus.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric.
  • Valid C1 (Code 10) driver's license with a PrDP is an inherent requirement.
  • Knowledge of navigation, routes and surrounding areas.
years external sales experience is essential for this position.

  • Clear criminal record.
  • Customer focused.
