    Motus Aftermarket Parts South Africa is seeking a seasoned Financial Manager: Central Services to collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for strategic success and timely, accurate financial reporting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee month-end close processes to ensure precise results for the MAP SA Division.
    • Produce and analyze key performance reports, identifying drivers behind budget, forecast, and prior year variances.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), tax laws, and other statutory reporting requirements.
    • Lead and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance.
    • Design, implement, and monitor central financial controls to maintain compliance.
    • Manage Head Office accounts, including Operational Department expenses, and report to various Executive Committee (Exco) Members.
    • Compile budgets and forecasts that align with business objectives.
    • Nurture external relationships with bankers, insurers, and internal stakeholders such as Group Treasury and Group Financial Services.
    • Ensure seamless audit processes to maintain clean audit outcomes.
    • Administer day-to-day head office financial responsibilities, including cash flow management, banking access, foreign exchange transactions, VAT, and tax submissions.

    Requirements:

    • Chartered Accountant (SA) certification
    • At least 6 years of post-article experience
    • 5 years of experience in financial management and group-level reporting
    • Management experience is essential
