    Job description:

    • Prospecting for new leads
    • Performing demonstrations for customers and teaching them how to use the company's products or services.
    • Overcoming objections and negotiating with leads
    • Collecting the contact details of leads and sharing them with other sales representatives where appropriate
    • Maintaining a database of prospective clients interested in the company's products or services identifying new trends and technologies that affect the sale of goods and services.
    • Selling and promoting goods and services
    • Updating customer information on Skynamo
    • Log calls on Skynamo as per required standard.
    • Liaise with internal support to email quotations to customers.
    • Maintaining customer contracts and any other relevant information on Skynamo
    • Complete new business and lost business reports and submit to manager on monthly basis as well as any other reporting required.

    Critical skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
    • Being persuasive to have potential clients continue working with the company and convince them that they need the company's services and products.
    • Persistence committing to finding new clients, to follow up with potential leads and move clients through the sales pipeline.
    • Professionalism as the first contact point for new customers, to establish connections while being work-appropriate.
    • The ability to research new opportunities to find leads.
    • Be technology savvy by understanding how to use social media and other online tools to find prospects.
    • Proficient in MS Office with excellent computer skills knowledge.
    • Product and pricing knowledge.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Own reliable transport and valid driver licence is essential
