Your Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with product or service knowledge
- Basic computer skills
