    Description

    RPO Recruitment is currently looking for a talented Production Engineer to join our client's team in the mining industry. Our client, a reputable mining company based in the Northern Cape, is committed to excellence in mining operations and environmental stewardship.

    Responsibilities

    • Optimize and improve production processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
    • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
    • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
    • Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product conformity.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in mining operations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
    • GCC Mines & Works
    • At least 4 years' experience as a Section Engineer in the mining industry
    • At least 2 years Supervisory experience
    • Strong knowledge of mining operations and production processes.
    • Familiarity with mining equipment and technologies.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
    • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in the mining industry.
