    What will you do:

    • Strategy development: Create and execute social media strategies aligned with overall business and brand objectives, considering the target audience, brand identity and market trends
    • Goal setting: Collaborate closely with client to identify social media goals, define target audiences, and develop a clear roadmap for engagement and growth
    • Content creation: Craft compelling and brand-specific content with the team that resonates with automotive enthusiasts, from daily posts to interactive campaigns, across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
    • Campaign management: Plan, launch and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, user engagement and conversions
    • Analytics and reporting: Track, analyse, and report on key metrics using social media management tools to measure the performance of campaigns, derive insights and optimize strategies
    • Budgets: Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns, optimizing for performance and lead generation
    • Trend monitoring and social listening: Monitor automotive trends and engage in social listening to inform content strategies, ensuring relevance and thought leadership in the digital automotive space
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content creators, designers and sales to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all platforms

    What do you need:

    • Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, automotive experience a plus
    • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for each platform
    • Proficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling, analytics, and reporting
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and adjust strategies accordingly
    • Strong understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO strategies
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
    • A portfolio that demonstrates an ability to create compelling content, automotive-related a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field is preferred
    • Certifications in social media marketing would be a plus
    • Valid passport for overseas travel
