    Description

    Soft Services Manager Opportunity in Healthcare

    A senior leadership position has arisen for a Soft Services Manager to oversee the coordination and management of internal support services within a hospital environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage internal support services, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to quality standards.
    • Oversee external service providers, fostering strong relationships and optimizing resource allocation.
    • Lead and inspire a dedicated team, leveraging management experience and proven leadership skills.
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasting to optimize resource allocation and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Relevant degree or national diploma.
    • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
    • Proven management experience with leadership skills.
    • Experience in budget management and forecasting.
    • Proficiency in SLA and contract management.
    • Knowledge of health & safety regulations (OHS).
