    Description

    Dispensing Warehouse Manager

    We are seeking a highly experienced Dispensing Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong pharmaceutical or FMCG background, experience in running a dispensing warehouse, batch control, inventory management, and knowledge of SAP scanning solutions.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Dispensing of chemicals to FMCG factories
    • Warehouse Management and Inventory Management (Stock Control)
    • Implementing and ensuring the success of a Chemical Batch scanning system on SAP
    • Managing receiving, put-away, picking, and supplying chemicals to factories
    • Managing inventory, accuracy, batch control, and stock condition
    • Maintaining ISO certifications and cGMP standards
    • Enforcing good warehouse practices, including training and SOP adherence
    • Managing team members – motivating, training, mentoring and discipline
    • Managing equipment and vehicles
    • Control of expenses within allocated resources
    • Ensuring adherence to HSE & cGMP protocols

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    • Grade 12 / Matric
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Quality Management

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Pharmaceutical experience and best practice
    • People and process management
    • Understanding of Supply chain processes
    • 5+ years of management experience

    • Results and target-driven with independent work ability
    • Interpersonal communication, planning and execution
    • Managerial, tutorship, and coaching
    • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize under pressure
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
    • Sound understanding and application of financial management principles
    • Customer service excellence
    • Knowledge of labour legislation and IR practices
    • Ability to work cross-functionally

    Familiarity with the following is an advantage:

    • SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word, Access)
    • Risk and change management
    • Project Implementation
    • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
    • ISO systems
    • Knowledge of Chemicals, Fragrances, and raw materials
