    Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

    Job Summary:

    The Senior Construction Manager will lead and manage all construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Management: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
    • Site Operations: Oversee daily operations on site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and plans.
    • Team Management: Manage and supervise construction personnel, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring that work is performed in accordance with safety standards and contractual obligations.
    • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
    • Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
    • Quality Control: Monitor construction quality to ensure that all work meets the required standards and specifications.
    • Budgeting: Oversee construction budgets and control costs, including managing expenditures and tracking financial performance.
    • Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, ensuring that project milestones and deadlines are met.

    Requirements:

    • National Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
    • At least 8 years of experience within mining, specifically mineral processing industry.
