    What We're Looking For

    We are seeking a senior account director with commercial and operations administration strengths to join our CX team.

    Your Responsibilities

    1. Manage small to large projects for our blue-chip clients.
    2. Work in a Client Service team within the CX division that manages delivery and operations.
    3. Manage retained and freelance resources – time, costs, and deliverables.
    4. Be experienced in all CX work - Direct Marketing, CRM, UX, UI, website content, and website revamp projects.
    5. Juggle different tasks and liaise with various clients and stakeholders.
    6. Have sound knowledge of content creation for digital platforms like email, WhatsApp, and websites, and SEO practices.
    7. Analyze project requirements and prepare budgets and schedules.
    8. Develop detailed plans and monitor the progress of a CX studio – design, strategy, and copy.
    9. Liaise with relevant teams, clients, and managers.
    10. Establish good relationships with clients and other professionals.
    11. Understand SEO, CRM, UX, platform content, and analytics work.
    12. Work as a member of the team, managing effective CX processes by applying agreed processes and procedures.
    13. Write CX briefs & briefs for strategists, project managers, and creatives.
    14. DIRECT overall client admin and communication – e.g., weekly status, project status.
    15. Ensure cost-effective service delivery & therefore build agency revenue.
    16. Identify proactive opportunities with our retained clients.
    17. Manage financials.
    18. Present key CE's/budgets to clients.
    19. Handle budgets & billings.
    20. Manage reconciliations.
    21. Prepare cost estimates, POs, invoicing, and charge outs.
    22. Update forecasts.

    Requirements

    • SOUND understanding of all CX work - SEO, CRM, UX, UI, and analytics work.
    • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
    • Excellent management, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills.
    • Strong commercial and operational administration skills.
    • Ability to identify risks and problems.
    • Team player and respectful of company culture.
    • Positive attitude and deadline-driven.
