A well-established organisation in Randfontein, Hendrik van Wyk vervoer is seeking a
Fleet Mechanic to join their team.

Qualifications and Experience:

Have a minimum of 23 years of experience in a similar role
Have a proven track report of doing maintenance, troubleshooting problems, adjust, overhaul and maintain mobile heavyduty equipment used in transportation
Have knowledge of the transport industry
Must have a vehicle & valid drivers' license
Be willing to work overtime as per operational requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Comfort working with multiple groups within business
Be willing to work long hours & weekends when required

Key Performance Areas:

Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
Manage the daily functions of the workshop
Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
Management of the assets under your control and the meeting of objectives set by management
Ensuring that all vehicles are serviced within the allowed service intervals
Maintaining of a high level of discipline, within the workshop
