Your Role:
Installation and Commissioning Specialist

As an Installation and Commissioning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects, supporting the planning and implementation of commissioning activities.

Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating with installation supervisors and site managers, overseeing design changes, updating project documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contractual requirements.


  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate and support installation and commissioning activities with the installation supervisor and site manager.
  • Implement commissioning design changes and provide markups for asbuilt project documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation is modified and updated as necessary, maintaining the document handling system.
  • Collaborate with site management and the Project Manager to achieve quality and timely implementation within targeted costs.
  • Engage in relevant meetings with customers and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Act as a project representative, building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, authorities, and suppliers.
  • Manage subcontractors onsite, ensuring quality, progress, and adherence to HSE requirements.
  • Conduct risk and opportunity assessments during the commissioning phase and report potential risks to stakeholders.
  • Recommend resolutions for technical risks and initiate and monitor risk mitigation plans.
  • Conduct regular safety observation tours and report potential HSE hazards.

Your Background:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and/or Hydraulic Engineering

  • Minimum 810 years of experience in hoisting installations and/or maintenance.
  • Willingness to travel abroad to various sites.
  • Fluency in English language is mandatory.
