About the role:

An international Digital Agency, working on client's marketing campaigns, is seeking a motivated Customer Marketing Analyst to craft targeted customer journeys across channels.

Responsibilities:

Full Marketing Spectrum: Immerse yourself in all stages of developing, implementing, and measuring targeted crosschannel customer communication strategies.
Global Reach: Work with a leading brand across: continents and diverse target markets, leveraging bestinclass technology and collaborating with seasoned professionals.
Continuous Learning: Embrace a diverse role. Learn the business from the ground up while mastering datadriven marketing techniques. This is far from a "onetrick pony" position One day you'll identify customer segments and tailor product recommendations, the next you'll be setting up campaigns, and then analysing results to refine them for maximum impact.

Requirements:

Minimum requirements:

3+ Years of Experience: We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in analytics.
Qualification: A degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analysis, or a similar field is mandatory. A postgraduate qualification is a plus.
Marketing Know-How:
CRM Analytics: Experience with customer targeting, selection, campaign setup, and measurement are essential
Client Communication: You'll have the confidence to work directly with and present to clients at all levels.
Team Player: Collaboration across a diverse team is key to Our success.
Problemsolving Prowess: Approach challenges with an innovative mindset and a commitment to finding solutions.
Accuracy Matters: This role demands high levels of attention to detail and meticulousness.
Adaptability is Key: Thrive in a dynamic environment where you'll seamlessly switch between strategic thinking and operational tasks. e
Data Powerhouse: Analyse data using Python or R, while remaining proficient in SQL and Excel.
Data Visualization Skills: You can effectively unicate insights using data visualisation tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Excel.
Advanced Analytics: While not essential, prior experience with data cleansing, data validation, and developing machine learning models for large datasets is a major advantage.
Bonus Points: Experience with customer communication tools like Braze, mParticle, and Amplitude is a plus.
