    Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Logistics Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing the overall logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and implementing process enhancements.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or supply chain management, with experience in managing multiple departments and functions. They will also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to identify and mitigate risks.

    In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will have a strong focus on employee engagement and skills development, with the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.

    Responsibilities

    1. Risk Management: Identify and manage high-level risks, including operational, SHEQ, and legal risks, and develop action plans to mitigate these risks.
    2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as internal logistics regulations.
    3. Corrective Actions: Manage corrective, preventative, and disciplinary actions for non-conformances across the entire area of management.
    4. Vendor Management: Manage vendors and contractors across the entire area of management, ensuring effective partnerships and relationships.
    5. Policies and Processes: Maintain and assess all policies and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements where necessary.
    6. Provide EXCO, management, operational, statistical, and analytical reporting for the entire area of management.
    7. Oversee the operational management of the entire area of management, including all functions and departments.
    8. Foster a culture of employee engagement and skills development, motivating teams to achieve operational excellence.
