5-star hospitality entity requires the expertise of a high-performing Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive ambitious sales revenue growth objectives.

You will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies and action plans through effective marketing and branding.

Knowledge of the International inbound market into South Africa and an understanding of the luxury travel market is required.

Minimum Requirements:

Completed Marketing related qualification
3 or more years marketing management experience within the travel industry
1 or more years supervisory/ management experience
Proven experience managing a Brand (this includes social media accounts, websites, marketing material and online booking platforms)
Additional European language would be advantageous
Ability to travel both locally and internationally

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative marketing programs/plans that attract customers from the EU market
Oversee marketing campaigns
Budget compilation and management thereof
Oversee the design of marketing materials for various online/ social media platforms
Work with the Brand department to expand and grow the brand
Promote the company's existing brand and introducing new products to the market
Analyse budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their goals
Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals
Maintain relationships with important clients and partners by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities in the EU market
