Duties and Responsibilities
- Integrate training offerings with Dealer Management Strategic objectives, overall benchmark, to support people performance objectives promoting a learning organisation.
- Design and maintain quality training material to ensure both knowledge and Brand pride are incorporated.
- Contribute new ideas and methodology to all training allocated to you.
- Ensure that all training activities and materials, including examination and assessments, meet with the relevant organisational and statutory policies, including health and safety.
- Ensure that all training manuals and course handouts are up to date.
- Update course content where applicable.
- Plan and prepare all training aid resources before training takes place.
- Conduct instructor lead training ranging from 120 to 150 days per annum.
- Build and maintain professional and effective relationships with Dealer and client personnel.
- Support and enable delegates to achieve certification success.
- Travel required for delivery of training, both within South Africa and in Sub-Sahara markets.
- Support and conduct training pertaining to local and Group competitions as per Brand requirements.
General Responsibilities
- To take responsibility for own professional development, including undertaking training in education
- To take initiative and problem solve.
- To plan and book for training travel in the regions.
- To organize each training day ahead of time.
Liaison and networking
- Liaise with OEM departments relevant to course materials.
- To liaise as necessary with the IT to ensure full functionality of training computers.
- Team members to ensure clear communication with the team.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
- BA (ED) (advantageous).
- ETDP / OETDP (advantageous).
- Facilitators qualification.
- Assessor & Moderator in Automotive Aftersales (advantageous).
- At least 5 years' experience in automotive aftersales.
- In depth experience on Warranty for both an OEM and Dealer perspective.
- Aftersales Systems trainer.
- Through understanding of Aftersales processes.
Salary:
R50 000,00 - R60 000,00 per month
Experience:
- automotive aftersales: 4 years (required)
