  • Matric or Equivalent
  • Be flexible to working unsociable hours
  • Previously a quality analyst, coach or SME within the BPO space
  • Essential
  • Experience delivering service / sales for a US Market (preferred)
  • A minimum of 1 year's sales/service experience (Essential)
  • An excellent command of the English language (grammar, pronunciation, pace and voice clarity)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Technical based trouble shooting skills
  • Driven with a passion to succeed in a fastpaced environment
  • Confident and engaging individual with the ability to build exceptional rapport with customers
  • Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience, profile customers and match products to individual needs
  • Computer literate and process expertise (Desktop and Online Applications) with the ability to 'type and talk'
Able to work Nightshift

  • Sales Focus: Influencing Customers' decisions by creating an environment in which the needs of the Customer are being matched to the products and services provided by the person/organization; creating a positive impact on the Customer and persistently pursuing business
  • Target driven and selfmotivated in order to meet and exceed both team and individual project targets
