  • To coordinate an effective and efficient facilities management service;
  • To effectively coordinate and support major projects;
  • To coordinate and plan essential central services such as maintenance, mail, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling;
  • To coordinate, plan and execute measures for the safety
  • To oversee, plan and execute space planning, office moves, renovations, maintenance and overall operations of facilities;
  • Build and maintain internal and external relations
  • To enhance, support and promote team work

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Previous experience in Facilities Management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A commitment to the principles, policies and programme of action of the company
  • Ability to function independently and work in a team
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in more than one language
  • Previous experience of providing a facilities or maintenance service in a dynamic organisation
  • Experience of working with contractors and suppliers and monitoring of service standards
  • Ability to prioritise workload, to work under pressure with a high level of organizational proficiency and initiative
  • Strong computer skills with competency in Microsoft Office and database packages with experience of accurate data entry;
  • Prepared to work long and irregular hours
  • Systematic, comprehensive and displaying excellent attention to detail
  • Selfstarting and innovative
  • Outcomesorientated
