Description

Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:


  • Attend to routine administrative/PA duties booking meetings, receiving visitors Travel arrangements, (flights, accommodation, car rental, visas, foreign currencies)
  • Maintain stationery stock and raise orders on JDE as required
  • Maintain and update Specimen Signature lists for Security
  • Maintain and update Section 16.2 appointment letters for the Exec Team
  • Preparation of Presentations as required
  • Create, maintain and update reports in Excel
  • Collate and capture information for Executive and Board Reports
  • Oversee office equipment maintenance
  • Maintain KPA files with uptodate SOP sign off
  • Visitor arrangements for customers/suppliers in terms of travel, accommodation and catering
  • Telephone reports as and when required

Minimum Requirements:


  • Matric (bachelors pass) with further qualifications in administration
  • 5 years experience in PA position or office administration position

Computer literacy:


  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Proficient in sourcing solutions/information on the Internet
  • Microsoft Visio Competence Required
  • Good Communication (written and verbal)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Basic bookkeeping skills
  • Problemsolving skills
  • High accuracy, meticulous work approach
  • Selfmotivated and accountable
  • Ability to grow and adapt to change with fresh approach
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Works independently with mínimal supervisio
