Do you have finance experience, and are you seeking a new job in Johannesburg? Webhelp is looking for a Head of Finance, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Finance is responsible for managing the gross margin and statutory business processes in South Africa.

In your first few weeks in this Head of Finance role, you can expect to:

Manage the Finance Business Partner team in South Africa, working closely with Operational Managing Directors and Operational MD across to advise on financial decisions and business cases
Deliver initiatives to improve financial performance
Work with the offshore Finance Shared Services team to ensure that reporting and analysis is fit for purpose and timely
Act as the face of Finance and manage senior business relationships to enable Finance to add value to the business.
Demonstrable experience in owning and delivery of budgets and margin targets
Experience in production and review of financial budgets
Ability to influence, motivate and challenge through clear and articulate communication.
