    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 qualification.
    • Four years of relevant experience.
    • Proven telesales experience and strong irrigation knowledge.
    • Excellent computer literacy and ability to work with Epicor.
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

    Responsibilities in Detail:

    As a Clerk Orders, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service while handling counter and Telesales. You will capture and process orders using Epicor software, manage stock control and reordering to ensure smooth operations, answer phone inquiries, and assist customers efficiently. Additionally, you will support the sales team with administrative and quotation tasks.
