Yes Media, an established publisher operating since 2008, is looking for a data capturer and customer support agent for its TenderAlerts service.


  • The position is 95% data capturing from a provided set of sources and 5% customer support.
  • You will be based in our offices in Mowbray, Cape Town.
  • Strict office hours of 8h30 16h30 is required.

We are interested in someone who:

  • has experience in data capturing or customer support
- is diligent and conscientious and has the references to prove it
- is a capable typist and is computer literate (Microsoft Office
  • Word, Outlook and Excel) typing and computer literacy will be tested during the interview
- is comfortable on the phone with clients
- will deliver great service to clients
- has a minimum Grade 12 or some further clerical/admin qualifications.


Job Type:
Temp to perm

Contract length: 4 months


Pay:
R7 000,00 per month

  • Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
