Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve excellence in operational performance.
Lead a team of professionals in implementing processes, systems, and structures that support the achievement of University's objectives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Office of the Chief Operating Officer.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the University to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in higher education.
Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and leading teams to deliver high-quality results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze complex data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
