    This Role

    The sales representative will increase origination and integration of new partners, build relationships with retailers and distributors, and provide support through visiting stores, training, marketing campaigns, or direct sales at kiosks to ensure compliance and exceed sales objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Achieve assigned monthly sales and deployment activation goals, increasing productivity and market share while generating new opportunities.
    2. Develop merchant relationships to maintain existing accounts' health, respond to requests, and solve problems converting customers to the PayJoy platform.
    3. Train sales teams, promote marketing materials, and activate incentive campaigns by visiting stores.
    4. Generate strategies to boost sales, including market analysis to identify trends and sales opportunities.
    5. Identify and contact new business partners, ensuring they meet requirements and activating them once authorized.
    6. Update customer databases, record interactions and sales, prepare sales reports, and perform performance analysis for management.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    1. Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.
    2. 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Software Sales, mobile devices, or Field in the telecommunications industry.
    3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective relationships and train business partner personnel.
    4. Results-oriented, with essential attributes including proactivity, organization, perseverance, and resilience.
    5. Strong analytical and negotiation skills to drive store performance and sales.
    6. Availability to travel, with a reliable car to cover assigned areas.
