Senior Manager: Digital & Marketing Analytics

Job Overview:

Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking

To drive revenue and efficiency opportunities through effective data management and analysis, we turn complex data sets into actionable insights, streamline reporting, and develop clear visualization of key metrics and trends.

We proactively seek fresh insights and opportunities, and establish governance around data collection, management, and reporting for the digital marketing function, encompassing but not limited to Digital, Social, and Ecommerce.

Key Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Analytics, IT, or equivalent
5-7 years of advanced experience in marketing technology
Expertise in digital development, digital channel engagement, and data segmentation
Ability to track, measure, and report results of various marketing functions to determine ROI

The role requires someone who can navigate conversations and drive adoption and understanding of analytics across teams and management levels. This individual must identify trends and patterns and recommend long-term solutions to support brand reputation, investigating and identifying global digital challenges according to worldwide trends.

Salesforce marketing cloud experience is advantageous.
